Terms of Service
Last updated: October 5, 2026
Welcome to Team Broadcast Station (the "Service"). The Service is operated by ZI AN WU, a sole proprietor based in Taiwan ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, downloading or installing the desktop app, or using the Service in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
The Service is a Windows desktop app that lets Rust players connect their own Rust+ connection to the app. It automatically posts in-game events (such as teammate deaths, logins, logouts, and AFK status) to the player's in-game clan or team chat, and provides additional tools such as remote smart switches, chat commands, and a gene breeding planner. The Service uses only the Rust+ connection that you provide and that belongs to you. We never sell or share your game account or use it for any other purpose.
The Service is not a cheat. The app does not modify, inject into, or read the memory of the game client. It never controls your character or sends keyboard or mouse input, and it does not sell in-game items, currency, or accounts. It connects only to the Rust+ Companion service that Facepunch provides to Rust players (the same service used by the official Rust+ mobile app). The screen scanner in the gene breeding planner is optional, only recognizes crop gene letters on your screen, and never interacts with the game process.
The Service is an independent product. It is not an official Facepunch Studios product, and it is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Facepunch Studios or the game Rust. "Rust" and "Rust+" are trademarks of Facepunch Studios and are used here only to describe the game and service that the Service works with.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service, and if you are under 18, you need your parent or guardian's consent to subscribe. To use the Service, you must create an account (using an email address, a username, or your Google or Steam account) and then sign in to Steam yourself to connect Rust+ to your account. You are responsible for keeping your account details (username, email address, and password) confidential, and you are responsible for all activity under your account. If you notice any unauthorized use of your account, please contact us immediately.
3. Software license
While your subscription is active, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to install and use the app on your own computer. Each subscription is for one account, and an account can be signed in on only one computer at a time; signing in on another computer automatically signs out the previous one and stops its broadcasts. When your subscription is canceled and expires, or otherwise ends, the app stops providing paid features.
4. Subscriptions and payment
The Service is offered as a subscription with monthly, quarterly, and yearly plans. See our Pricing page for current prices. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and you will be charged the price of your plan at each renewal until you cancel. If we change our prices, we will email you before the new price takes effect, and it will apply only from your next renewal. You can cancel before then to avoid being charged the new price.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payments, receipts, and taxes (such as VAT or sales tax), and provides order-related customer service and refunds. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms, which are available at checkout. We never see, transmit, or store your full payment details, such as your card number.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking "Manage subscription" (管理訂閱) in the app. After you cancel, you will not be charged again, and you keep access until the end of your current billing period. Canceling does not end the period you have already paid for. For refund details, see our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Let anyone else use your account, or resell or rent access to the Service
- Access, interfere with, or reverse-engineer the Service's servers or software without authorization
- Use the Service in any way that violates Facepunch Studios' terms of service, the Rust End User License Agreement (EULA), or any applicable law
- Use the Service to abuse, attack, or disrupt any third-party system
If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account and end your subscription without a refund, except for the first-payment guarantee in section 1 of our Refund Policy or where the law requires otherwise. We keep the account data and records related to the violation as evidence, and we reserve the right to take legal action and claim damages.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party services such as Facepunch's Rust+ Companion service and Steam. These services are outside our control and may change or stop at any time, which may cause some features to stop working temporarily or permanently. If this permanently stops the core feature (in-game event broadcasting) from working, refunds are handled as described in section 10.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for features that stop working because of changes to or outages of the official game servers, the Steam platform, or other third-party services (such as push notification services).
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you actually paid in the 12 months before the dispute arose. Nothing in these terms affects any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws where you live.
10. Changes to or termination of the Service
We may change, suspend, or end all or part of the Service for technical, operational, or legal reasons, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers in advance. If the Service ends, or its core feature (in-game event broadcasting) permanently stops working for any reason (including Facepunch changing or discontinuing the Rust+ Companion service), so that you can no longer use a period you have already paid for, we will refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis. You do not need to request this refund.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If you continue to use the Service after an update, you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute relating to them, are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). The Taiwan Taipei District Court has jurisdiction as the court of first instance. However, if the mandatory consumer protection laws where you live give you more protection, you keep that protection.
13. Language versions
This document is available in Chinese and English, and both versions have equal effect. If there is any inconsistency between them, the interpretation more favorable to the customer applies.
